Our Year 12 students and families celebrated the beginning of this significant year over breakfast last Friday. A huge thank you to the 秘色传媒 Parents' Association for gifting each student a personalised keepsake mug. Wishing our 秘色传媒 of 2023 all the very best as they embark on their final year of secondary school!

On Wednesday, we were delighted to welcome our 2023 Year 7 students and families to 秘色传媒 College! Throughout the day, the Year 7s built connections in their House Groups and Learning Groups, as well as participated in a Big Sister Little Sister Lunch. It was a fun filled day making new friends and exploring school grounds, what a great start to their secondary school journey!

To celebrate the beginning of a new school year, our Year 9 Chinese language students performed a Chinese dragon parade during lunch, which is a form of traditional dance and performance according to the Chinese culture. Wishing the 秘色传媒 Chinese community a very happy Chinese New Year, 新年快乐!

As part of our staff commencement program, we are privileged to have Wurundjeri Elder Perry perform a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony earlier this week, which demonstrates our commitment to the Reconciliation Action Plan and our acknowledgment that we are visitors on this land.
